Light, medium, and dark roasts — all organic and Fairtrade.
Our single-origin and signature arabica coffees come from three women-led co-ops in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Indonesia. Each with a story and roasted to honor its origin.
River Roast is where our story begins. First served at Grace Farms in New Canaan, CT in 2015, this fairtrade medium roast unites arabica beans from three co-ops in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Indonesia into one balanced, unified cup. Nearly a decade later, it remains loved for notes of chocolate, tropical fruit, and smooth finish.
Sourced through long-term partnerships built on fair wages and sustainable farming, supporting the well-being of farmers and their communities, with 100% of profits advancing the work to end forced and child labor worldwide.
Grown in the mist-covered mountains of Colombia by the women of the Asprasar Cooperative, this light roast showcases what we love about Colombian beans. Light, bright, with hints of caramel and citrus.
From the high-elevation forests of the Yirgachefe region and the sister-led Dumerso Cooperative, this medium-light roast carries the legacy of the birthplace of arabica coffee and notes of bright florals, peach, vanilla, and toasted oats.
Cultivated on volcanic soil in the Gayo Highlands of Sumatra by the Ketiara Cooperative, this full-bodied dark roast is as expressive as its region with earthy depth, notes of cedar and cocoa, and warm spice undertones.
