BREWING TIPS
How to Brew Coffee:
Medium grind beans for drip and pour over. Coarse grind for french press.
SOURCING
We source our organic coffees exclusively from women-led cooperatives in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Indonesia.
Our Indonesia coffee is sourced from the Fairtrade Ketiara Cooperative, founded by chairwoman Ibu Rahmah, on the island of Sumatra. The cooperative includes 1,600 farmers and 1,100 of them are women.
Our teas and herbs are also organic and sourced from Fairtrade farms when possible.
