Then, we add double the usual amount of pure bergamot oil for a fragrant lift that unfolds with every sip. The result is a cup that’s at once bold and comforting, refined yet familiar. Whether you enjoy it in the quiet of morning or as a London Fog in the afternoon, this blend lingers like a good memory—graceful, bright, and endlessly inviting.

Earl Grey is one of the world’s most beloved black teas, traditionally crafted with bold tea leaves and a touch of bergamot citrus. Assam brings a rich, malty base with natural depth, while twice the amount of bergamot adds bright, floral complexity.
How to Brew:
Steep 5 minutes at 195–205°F
Serving Suggestion:
Enjoy on its own, with a lemon wedge, or as a "London Fog"—add steamed milk or plant-based milk and a touch of vanilla syrup for a delightful tea latte.
