Colombia is one of the most celebrated coffee-producing countries in the world—and for good reason. Its high elevations, temperate climate, and fertile soil create ideal growing conditions for Arabica beans. In the central mountains of Tolima, shade-grown varietals like Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia develop a distinct brightness and smooth body. Our light roast honors that tradition, revealing vibrant citrus notes with a soft herbal finish—just as it’s enjoyed in Colombia.
