Ethiopia is the legency birthplace of Arabica coffee, and Yirgacheffe is one of its crown jewels. Here, at elevations over 5,500 feet, the ideal climate and terroir allow beans to develop slowly in cool, shaded forests—resulting in sparkling clarity and aromatic depth. Our medium-light roast honors that legacy, coaxing out peachy sweetness, vanilla warmth, and a whisper of jasmine on the nose—hallmarks of the region's most exquisite coffees.
