Generally, I cannot drink caffeine. But by mid-afternoon I am often dragging or feeling sleepy. I tried this and love it. Not just the caffeine without the jitters or harshness on my stomach, but also the flavor. So yummy.
This tea is nice and light but a fantastic flavor. Unlike any i've had before. I definitely can feel the gentle energy lift.
This blend is my new favorite afternoon break. It has such a pleasant floral scent that I just love opening the canister for. I suggest brewing it for 3 minutes or so for a very nice light green tea taste, but brew longer for a stronger taste.
Truly delicious tea! Will look forward to my daily cup.
